The hotel is close to the MRT station. Access to all areas is super easy. My room was super clean and cozy, I must say. The staff was helpful, ALWAYS willing to assist. Breakfast had many choices. The omelettes were freshly made!
The gym could use some new equipment. The treadmill belts are a bit worn.

The front desk staff were quick with check-in, and they were ready to answer questions! The concierge provided maps plus local transport tips. Housekeeping ensured my room was super clean each day. AMAZING!

the location proved quite useful. bus stops are really close, and it was easy to get around. the room i had included a samsung smart tv. streaming services worked well. the supermarket downstairs was convenient.
the gym had two treadmills. both were out of service. the room felt a bit worn. some minor maintenance seemed overdue. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy at night.
