lovely comforts

friendly staff thoughtful addition

i found the staff friendly and helpful, any time i needed assistance. the hotel provides complimentary ice cream in the afternoons. i especially liked the convenience of having a water filter directly in the room, it seemed like such a thoughtful addition.

The room felt smaller than expected, and the bed wasn't as cozy. i noticed the quilt felt quite stiff. An extra blanket could enhance comfort during the night.

the hotel enjoys a fabulous location, close to orchard road and various shopping centers. i found the proximity to the train station particularly advantageous, simplifying my exploration of the area. it made getting around very simple

the location is near the mrt station it is convenient. The hotel provides free ice cream during certain hours everyday it is a great treat.

the room was quite small it was noticeable.

the rooftop pool was particularly enchanting. its refreshing waters mirrored the sky. the complimentary minibar was restocked daily, a sweet romantic gesture.

the room felt quite small and cozy, and the bed, though neat, seemed a bit firm. i noticed condensation on the window sometimes. it slightly diminished the charm.

The location was convenient with public transport options nearby.

i received an upgrade to a loft room, but it was not comfortable as the window could not be fully closed and street noise leaked in also the bed was directly below the air conditioning vent so sleeping was difficult

the room was clean and the hotel had a good location. public transportation was close by. shaun at reception was very helpful. i highly recommend this place.

I got upgraded into a loft room. But the room was not as comfortable as expected. the window could not be fully closed. the noise from the street leaked into the room through the gap in the window.
