Wonderful Stay!

helpful staff convenient location

I found the staff helpful. The room was spacious and clean! The comfortable bed and hot shower were fantastic after a long day. The location is very convenient, near Farrer Park MRT station, providing easy access to the city.

The air conditioning was a bit confusing initially, as it cycled between warm and cool air. It took some time to adjust the settings, but I managed to sleep well with the AC on.

central location convenient access helpful staff small bed noticeable noise inadequate aircon

the room was clean and neat! the location was very central and convenient for accessing food and shops. the staff were helpful with storing luggage after checkout, super helpful. there was also a nearby mrt station, made traveling around very easy.

The air conditioning turned off when the room was unoccupied, so it got hot quickly. This was tough. the bed was smaller than expected, more like a standard double. the noise from nearby roadworks was quite noticeable because the windows were not double glazed.

central location and good facilities

helpful staff lounge room central location

the room had a fridge. the reception staff were very helpful. there is a lounge room available on floors 4 and 6 where you can cook and prepare drinks. the location is just outside farrer park station.

i noticed the lift is dirty. hallways are dirty. the doors are damaged.

Staff at reception were super friendly and accommodating! they were very attentive and helpful. glen was accommodating and helped with no trouble. Victoria also assisted greatly with a check-out matter.

the location is next to a train station. it's also close to a shopping center and many restaurants. staff helped me book a cab.

my window was OPAQUE, i could not see through it.

excellent location convenient access safety deposit box

The location was excellent. I could easily reach many attractions. The nearby mall provided convenient access to various shops (it was very handy!). The room included a useful safety deposit box.
