the staff was helpful. they provided useful tips for getting around using the mrt system. the hotel had a beautiful lobby and hallways creating a cute feel. the team gave me great recommendations for dining options.

i found the noise from the side street quite loud. it was like someone was talking constantly under my window. it made it really impossible to sleep at times.

The location was ideal! The MRT station is super close, and it made getting around so easy. The staff were also very attentive and helpful, providing great suggestions for local spots. I really enjoyed having access to the amazing pool at the Clan Hotel next door!

The room felt a bit small. I think soundproofing could be improved because street noise was audible. The breakfast setup away from the hotel wasn't the most convenient.

the staff was ALWAYS super nice. they helped me a lot during my trip. the hotel's location is perfect for seeing key attractions. it was only a few minutes' walk away.
