I appreciated the super clean condition of the room, it was really clean. the staff were helpful and very friendly. I liked that. the location is very strategic because it's easily accessible. i found it very convenient that there's a bus stop right in front.

My room was quite small. Opening luggage was challenging because of the space.

dining options were somewhat limited directly nearby for me. the immediate area requires a walk or public transportation to find diverse meals. there is a seven eleven next door which sells essential snacks and drinks.

The hotel is about 20 minutes by foot from marina bay sands. WOW. chinatown and the fullerton hotel are each about 10 minutes walking distance too. the area felt safe. the hotel is in a quiet zone.

the staff let me store my luggage both when i arrived early and after checkout. all the staff members were super friendly. the staff were very helpful! the service was really good.

the location was perfect for seeing many sights. boat quay and chinatown were close by. the bus stop right outside was so convenient (especially for airport transfers!). i liked having a fresh orange juice machine available.

The room was a bit small. I managed, but it might be tight for some.

i received a discount voucher for breakfast at a hotel across the street. boat quay offered many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. this made finding diverse dining options very simple.

the front desk staff were helpful and cute. they assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. the staff also helped me change to a bigger room (i was very happy).

The location was acceptable. It was near a bus stop.

The room's air conditioning system did not work well. I could not get the temperature right, so I kept adjusting it up and down. The water temperature in the shower was also hard to control. It was either too hot or too cold. This made showering frustrating.
