The staff greeted us with warm smiles. i especially enjoyed the club lounge. The staff were very attentive to our needs. the hotel boasts an amazing architectural design, a true masterpiece (i was amazed by its beauty!). our room was spacious, offering both comfort and elegance.
the minibar was not consistently replenished, a slight inconvenience.

The bed was soft. The toiletries from diptyque smelled amazing. the hotel design had a blend of greenery and modern vibes. the breakfast spread was lovely too!
check-in took too long and i booked with an easter egg package for three nights. there was no such record in their system. it took too long to get the room. cute services were not good either.

The pool area is a highlight. It has ample space . I liked the poolside service. My room gave me access to the Florette lounge on floor 11 (a great perk!). The staff there, including Seoin, Plushra, Blair and Edlyn, were professional and attentive.
I did find the breakfast layout to be a bit inefficient during peak hours. It created some congestion.
