The location is excellent for getting around. The staff provided amazing instructions about where to go and how to find things.

The room was small, I think it did not worth the money. The bathroom was also tiny. The toilet for midgets. Only boiling hot water was available for a shower and it was unadjustable.

The location provided easy access to attractions via bus and MRT. Staff displayed politeness and kindness . The room was clean. A water refilling station in the lobby allowed for convenient bottle refills. The staff desk operates 24 hours which is very handy.

The room size was small. The bathroom size could also be larger. I think the cost is too high for what you get.

the receptionists are very polite and friendly. i asked them to help me many things and they were willing to help. i really appreciated them a lot. the room was very clean, super clean. there was a water dispenser in the lobby.

the room is a size if a shoebox, badly designed shower, curtain is too short and no partition on the floor.

check in was easy at any hour. i found the room clean when i arrived, a plus. i saw many places to eat close by and it felt safe walking around. early check in got arranged too, that's good.

the bathroom felt quite small. it was hard to keep the floor dry when i used the shower, water went everywhere. it was awkward to move around in there.
