mixed feelings about this stay.

poor qualitymuch air conditioning

The breakfast was not great. they seemed to focus on quantity, and not quality. also, there was too much air conditioning everywhere. I could not stay indoors for long. this was disappointing, because i wanted to enjoy all the hotel had to offer, but the temperature made it unbearable, it was really not good. i expect better from a hotel like this.

old tvdated rooms

The rooms felt quite dated. the tv was old, and the air conditioning barely worked (it struggled to cool the room). the fridge wasn't cold, a bummer. these details impacted the overall comfort level. It didn't quite live up to expectations.

The buffet dinner was not great. It was cold and dry, i noticed bird droppings on the dining seats. the staff weren't friendly. They didn't even bother to top up my water. the rooms are a bit tired. It was not what i expected for the price.

The breakfast buffet had great variety and tasted very good. The staff seemed warm and friendly. I appreciate that. My child enjoyed the pool and the beach. I also used the complimentary sea sports equipment.

Some areas in the hotel appear slightly outdated.

The hotel is located close to the bus stop that circles the island, providing easy access to various attractions. A taxi ride from downtown was fast. I timed it at around 15 minutes. This central positioning made exploration very convenient.

An AMAZING Hotel Experience!

I enjoyed the AMAZING swimming pool with its thrilling slides. It entertained both my daughter and me. The private beach access was a HUGE plus. The playhouse provided engaging activities like painting, supervised by attentive staff. Spa services were also great, offering a rejuvenating experience.
