the room felt cramped with minimal space for luggage storage i had to keep my suitcase on the floor it was inconvenient the lack of an on-site bar was also disappointing there was no place to relax with a drink in the evening

i liked the staff, they even treat my daughter to a happy birthday song upon arrival plus some balloons and gifts were also given. the cake for our birthday staycation was delicious. there are many kids during the school holiday period, so the staff give everyone a mini cornetto ice cream.

the reception area digital check in was not clearly advertised.

i found the check-in process with eyllen and raj efficient. the room had bright interiors. the hotel's location near sentosa attractions was very convenient. daily room cleaning was completed well. free potable water was available directly from the sink and ice machines were just outside the rooms.

sun loungers were insufficient given how busy the pool was. used towels occupied many loungers and there wasn't a system for their removal. the pool music had poor language content. the service felt nonexistent. there was no hotel bar and no late night snack service after the restaurant closed.

the family room had two separate bathrooms and toilets. the room featured drinkable filtered water directly from a special tap. better storage space for clothing would improve the room.

there are plentiful pools suitable for all ages. a starbucks and convenience shop are behind the hotel. the hotel is close to the free monorail which provides connections to sentosa attractions. vivocity shopping mall is also accessible.

The bathroom was well set out with a separate basin. The shower did not fog up the mirrors. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Imbiah station. It was a quick, 3-minute walk. I liked the complimentary parking for all in-house guests too.

The service needs some improvement. My husband lost his glasses by the pool. The staff gave a perfunctory response and did not follow up with search results. The hotel has no solution for items disappearing near surveillance cameras. This brought inconvenience to our travel plans.
