the location suited my needs well , since i had meetings nearby. my room was upgraded upon arrival. the hotel staff provided professional service. the lobby area felt beautiful with fine decor.

the television remote was difficult to use , specifically adjusting the volume proved frustrating. there were no clear instructions on how to operate it. this issue took away from the overall experience.
