Convenient and Clean Stay

separate bedroom small kitchen top notch

Check-in was fast. The room had a separate bedroom plus a living room with a small kitchen. This allowed us to eat some meals there. The location had a buzz around it plus many sights were within walking distance. MRT and bus stations were about a 3-5 minute walk away. The apartment had a washing machine, VERY useful after weeks of travel. The apartment was immaculate. Cleaning staff were top notch.

The location was GREAT. It was very close to Little India MRT station. The staff were all friendly. I found the washing facilities good. The common kitchen was also a good facility.

They were working even on Sunday. The quality of service lacked. The cleanliness was below par, especially around the pool.

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms

clean room great location

The location is great near malls. the room was clean, without bad smells and the staff was nice. facilities were adequate. Switches were easy to use, and the air conditioning worked well. i was checked in on through whatsapp which felt personal.

i found the swimming pool had broken tiles which led to a deep cut. i had to rush to the hospital and the hotel didn't reimburse me for the bill. i emailed the hotel and never got a reply, and they refused to pay anything even as goodwill
