The breakfast offered a diverse selection. Staff members in the breakfast area were attentive and professional. Direct access to the metro and nearby bus lines offered convenient connectivity (a real plus for exploring the city). The room provided a pleasant view.

Unfortunately, room service did not clean my room one day, leaving a note about uncertainty.

reasonable stay downtown

convenient location fantastic location mrt station somerset station rooftop pool great views clear signage lack bar prices expensive prices buffet spread small spread

the hotel had a fantastic location above a shopping center. access to the somerset mrt station was very convenient. i found the rooftop pool offered great views. the hotel also provided filtered water taps in the rooms.

there was a lack of clear signage for drivers. the bar prices felt expensive for a happy hour promotion. i found the buffet spread smaller than expected for the price.
