I enjoyed the gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, providing ample space for workouts. the hotel offered convenient access to nearby amenities, and i appreciated the accessibility. the doorman was always helpful with directions. Their assistance improved navigation and the stay! the bar staff were attentive. Their service was quick and personalized.

the bathroom lacked counter space , made organizing toiletries challenging.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It made morning routines efficient and enjoyable. soundproofing ensured a quiet environment, and the bed offered great sleep. bedside controls managed lighting and temperature.

The pool area included twenty loungers with a shaded section. It was perfect for relaxation! the hotel also featured a business center open twenty-four hours, nice for flexibility. self-service laundry machines were available, and were useful for longer stays.

The staff was cute. mr selvam stood out. He was friendly and helpful. the room was very neat and comfortable. i really appreciated the convenient location near major attractions.

the room felt compact! it was almost claustrophobic at times, made relaxation difficult. i was in room 1066, and the neighboring room had a constant, loud noise. this noise came from their bathroom usage, especially water flowing from the tap, disrupting my sleep.

i experienced great service, and darnice upgraded my room! she provided complimentary beverages and snacks. raynold at the waterfall lounge had a friendly smile, and iskander at apollo club lounge was energetic.

The breakfast buffet offered various options. the dining area was decent, but the food wasn't hot. It was lukewarm. there are also options to fill water bottles at water stations, which i found quite useful!

helpful staff laundry room

the laundry room located on the 5th floor was convenient. i found a 7-eleven store within the premises. i could easily purchase necessary items. the staff was helpful and responsive to requests.

the breakfast selection was rather average.
