The staff was punctual and polite. They considered my special request well. The room service was meticulous, and tidied my phone charger. The doormen were nice and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean. I appreciated these details.

My room had very clean basins and shower. The bed was comfortable. The room size was fairly large, and I found it spacious enough for my luggage and personal items.

The restaurants offered amazing selections and quality. A special glasses cleaner was provided by room service with a note, since I wore glasses. I found this thoughtful attention excellent, and it was a nice touch.

wake-up call staff laziness

The gym had equipment. I suppose it met my basic expectations.

I did ask for a wake-up call, but that call never happen. Apparently, the hotel staff couldn't be bothered to ensure I woke up as requested. I found this oversight particularly unhelpful.

Breakfast at One Ninety was a treat. The variety is excellent and the foods are fresh. Simon remembered my tea order from the previous day. He brought it for me even though I wasn't in his section.

The gym music sounded a bit too loud sometimes. I found this slightly distracting during my workout.
