The room was well designed and comfortable. It lived up to the description.
Breakfast seemed below average. I did not receive my room key to my third room after I left at 15:30. Luggage was not brought up quickly. I was in a hurry to go to a concert.

colonial charm redefined
late hours friendly staff easy exploration
The pool's late hours were a gift after a long flight from london, allowing a relaxing swim to unwind. Check-in was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. a complimentary upgrade added a special touch. Its proximity to bugis, haji lane, arab street and little india made exploring very easy.
i found the breakfast offerings less excellent when compared to other hotels i have visited. our luggage wasn't delivered swiftly, which caused some delay as we were trying to leave for a concert.

The service included very warm, attentive, and friendly interactions from start to finish . Staff paid close attention to detail and were responsive to requests creating a seamless stay. i felt very cared for .

The hotel provides convenient shopping right outside the door and immediate access to the train station making travel easy. Guests can visit the gym that has updated equipment for fitness routines. It is easy to get around the city from this location.

a amazing hotel
easy access really good housekeeping neat bed
The location offers easy access to bugis junction with many food options and the mrt station. housekeeping is really good. Eddy kept everything super clean throughout my stay. he folded clothes with great care. it was comforting to return to a neatly made bed.
i was placed in the side wing, which lacks direct elevator access to the street. getting to the room required a long walk from either hotel entrance. it was like navigating a maze. i would not recommend a room in the side wing if easy access is important.

The staff that brought my luggage up were friendly and kind. They were prompt and helpful. the restaurant staff also provided excellent service. i loved the attention to detail and the warmth of the team.
