The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I found a wonderful view from the bathroom. This was a very lovely feature. The location felt central and allowed for easy access to nearby points of interest by walking. A bottle of excellent champagne was a treat.

I requested a quiet room, yet I was assigned a room facing noisy traffic and road works. The ceiling in the toilet leaked dirty, yellowish water. It had a bad smell. The manager tried to chat with me instead of offering a room change immediately.

the hotel's location was ideal for exploring. i easily accessed many planned destinations. nearby attractions like the flyer and shopping malls were within walking distance. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful, i appreciated their readiness to assist.

i noticed that the gym got crowded during peak hours. securing equipment sometimes required waiting. additional space or more equipment would improve this.

I found the location offered easy access to key spots. I could walk to places such as the Flyer. The concierge offered very helpful advice. Isabelle surprised me by speaking my language. The breakfast offerings were great. I also enjoyed cocktails by the pool.

My room did has a very very slight stuffy smell upon arrival. This was addressed very quickly by staff.
