The club room was a definite highlight of my stay. It provided extra comfort. breakfast on the 21st floor was a treat. i must mention the staff, specifically nanthini, atirah, darma, and hakim. the location allowed easy transportation, especially with the nearby mrt station.

the mirrored doors around the bathroom were not to my taste! though, everything else was great.

The breakfast downstairs presented great choice. It made for a satisfying start to the day. light snacks were also accessible at the club lounge. i found many great options.

A solid stay , but some issues noted.

I appreciated the varied breakfast options. I also liked the comfortable , clean, quiet and restful room I had. The staff were very kind and helpful to me. They arranged a restaurant for me at the last minute for celebrations and were successful.

The bathroom layout in the room was not ideal. Water did not drain well when I showered , and water leaked into the bedroom area. I understand it is a wet room concept , but it needs to be waterproofed. This bathroom issue detracted from the room quality.
