tasty snacks helpful staff adults-only pool slow elevators fresh fruit glass wall

the club level offered tasty snacks and drinks for two hours each evening. the staff were attentive and helpful in the club lounge. i also appreciated the pool located on the 21st floor which was for adults only.

the elevators were slow which was sometimes inconvenient. the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast could have been better. the glass wall between the room and the bathroom lacked opacity.

My best choice for a city break

firm beds light switch luggage rack rooftop pools

I found comfy firm beds with light switch labels. It had adequate aircon too. Luggage storage accomodated two suitcases. I used the rooftop pools. Front desk stored our bags.

I noticed no drinking cups, but two glass bottles, I thought.

The club room was big and spacious with a very comfortable bed. i loved the layout of the bathroom! it had a bath. The water pressure was very nice, filling up with hot water quickly. the pool on the 21st floor was nice and cooling

The club room was a definite highlight of my stay. It provided extra comfort. breakfast on the 21st floor was a treat. i must mention the staff, specifically nanthini, atirah, darma, and hakim. the location allowed easy transportation, especially with the nearby mrt station.

the mirrored doors around the bathroom were not to my taste! though, everything else was great.

A solid stay , but some issues noted.

varied breakfast helpful staff poor drainage bathroom layout

I appreciated the varied breakfast options. I also liked the comfortable , clean, quiet and restful room I had. The staff were very kind and helpful to me. They arranged a restaurant for me at the last minute for celebrations and were successful.

The bathroom layout in the room was not ideal. Water did not drain well when I showered , and water leaked into the bedroom area. I understand it is a wet room concept , but it needs to be waterproofed. This bathroom issue detracted from the room quality.
