The staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location is great. It is near bus stops and the mrt station. the housekeeping was done daily, a great touch. check-in was available 24/7, which worked well for my late arrival.

the bathroom lacked equipment, and showering made the entire bathroom wet, though i managed.

The 7-Eleven downstairs proved convenient. The MRT station stands about 5 minutes away. This area is accessible via the Bugis Junction.

The air conditioning was not perfect. I had to select between settings. The room either got too humid, or too cold.

the location is amazing. it's an easy walk to bugis mrt. plenty of yummy food and cool shops are super close. the reception staff were great. they are always ready to assist with a smile and.

the bathroom door did not properly close from the outside. this meant it was slightly open all the time. the phone in the room also didn't work.
