Mixed stay with some issues

The breakfast was fine and did the job (nothing lovely, though).

The bathroom design was odd. The shower was over the bath, and after each shower, the whole room got wet due to poor ventilation. Adjusting the water was also difficult. It had confusing buttons for water source and one knob for temperature. Pressure couldn't be adjusted, a problem for anyone with long hair.

i appreciated the convenient location near somerset station. the inclusion of breakfast at crystal cafe was helpful. i also found the beds comfortable.

There wasn't enough cupboard space. It was an issue. the tea and coffee were not refilled, and neither was the body wash.
