The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could conveniently check my luggage in securely after arriving early. The location has quick access to my preferred areas by public transport (food outlets are also nearby).

The location provided great access to various points of interest. Bus connections to many places were readily available. The service was effective and the staff proved friendly and helpful (I appreciated this very much).

The room was quite small. There was no window, which affected the room's atmosphere. I also noticed some plug sockets were not fully functional.
