The room i booked was smaller than anticipated. it barely accommodated luggage. breakfast service was chaotic. Finding a clean table was a daily struggle. the staff seemed overwhelmed, struggling to manage the crowds and keep the area tidy. the noise level during breakfast made it difficult to relax.

Central and convenient, a DREAM
rooftop poolclean room
The rooftop pool was AMAZING!!! It was clean and well kept. I found it very relaxing. My room offered plenty of space and included complimentary bottled water in the fridge. Daily servicing kept everything fresh and tidy. I really appreciated that. Staff members were helpful, attentive, and professional.

The hotel has an awesome central location with a bus stop right outside. It is also within walking distance of Arab Street, a plus. An overhead walkway leads to a hawker center across the street.

The rooftop pool provided views of Marina Bay Sands and the Ferris wheel. Vending machines were available. I thought that was very convenient. The lobby is aesthetic and stylish, a nice welcome after a long journey.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when I had queries. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms immaculate. I was very grateful. All staff were cute. I felt that they cared about my stay.
