The location was excellent. I easily accessed Suntec City and the Big Bus Tours. Getting around was simple due to convenient transportation options nearby. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff were cute and efficient making my stay very smooth.

The phone by the bed did not work, and I reported it upon arrival. It remained unfixed when I left.
