staff are friendly and very helpful. the location is great. this hotel is very easy to navigate and i am in a wheelchair. the room had a wheelchair friendly bathroom and ample space accommodated my wheelchair.
The breakfast room gets VERY crowded. Sometimes, i had to wait before i found a table.

i appreciated the central location , a true advantage. the reception staff offered friendly explanations about the hotel's amenities. i found my room spacious and always impeccably clean upon my return.
the rumbling sound in my room made it hard to focus and relax after a long day.
