The room felt somewhat dated and could really use a deep clean. Windows needed washing, and the shower head with its handles had visible grime (not the best feeling).

the deposit required was unexpected during check in and its return took longer than anticipated.

The hotel is located within a short walk of Chinatown and the MRT station. This provided EASY access to Sentosa Island and Bay Marina. The staff were very helpful with local attractions and travel. They helped.

The air conditioning didn't maintain a consistently cold temperature during the night. This was quite a letdown. The tv box also disconnected frequently.
