The staff was friendly and helpful. Their smiles felt so genuine. we received a lovely upgrade to a pool view room. It reminded me of such a thoughtful touch. i found the daily cleaning service really good. Our room always felt so fresh and cared for.

The hotel features two distinct swimming pool areas. Each pool has a dedicated bar, offering convenient access to refreshments. I appreciated the gym (it had three treadmills) for my daily workout. I found a practical beach bag in the room (ready for trips).

The minibar prices seemed a bit higher than local shop prices.

I found two nice pools on the grounds. A garden pool was a particularly lovely spot. Breakfast was adequate and there was a coffee machine. My room was huge with a big comfortable bed. The grounds feature 3 happy hour locations.

The bar closed early (at 8 PM).

The breakfast selection had lots of variety and good quality food. early check-in was available. That was very helpful. the hotel allowed late check-out. That was also amazing.

Reception staff seemed sometimes not very receptive. That's all i can find to complain about.
