the villa views are totally amazing! the pool felt very refreshing i loved swimming while there was this amazing view. the villa was very spacious i find plenty of room and the outdoor shower really makes it tidy.

the staff uses their cellphone too much especially during the day it was very obvious.

I found the hotel's breakfast buffet had many choices. The room offered a very good view from the balcony. The bath was lovely and very relaxing.

I noticed some inconvenience with transport to the restaurant. I found it a bit difficult to move around. Transport back and forth caused delays sometimes.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices. The hotel provided buggy service, which helped a lot due to the size of the hotel (very convenient).

The hotel charged for replacement towels after 6 PM. The minibar included only one beer and one cola (limited selection).

i enjoyed the massages. the dancing and fire show at the restaurant was amazing!!! i especially loved the muay thai classes. i recommend everyone trains with both trainers. i discovered a new hobby now.

the resort had fine views, no matter where i was. the staff were kind, cute, and helpful, i really appreciated that! the food in all restaurants was great and breakfast had a vast selection of items. i especially liked the relaxing atmosphere there.

the ac in my room did not seem to work very well.

A stay with some issues

thai wood architecture easy stay amazing rooms limited menu unsafe transportation

The hotel architecture features handcrafted Thai wood. Everything was so cool and they took care of our bags. Staff also. I liked the amazing rooms, facilities, designs, and space.

The food options felt limited for lunch and dinner. The resort location is far, so speedboat bookings are necessary with limited trips daily. Pickup cars are used to go from rooms to the lobby, and this felt unsafe for children.
