pleasant stay
delicious food friendly staff reasonable prices room distance excluded room service tense check-in
the food was quite delicious and varied. i liked that the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel also organized excursions at reasonable prices (that's always a plus!).
my room was quite far from the central resort area, so i requested room service. i found that it was not included with my half-board package. this made the check-in process a bit tense.

amazing island escape!
perfect jacuzzi shuttle service
i loved my outdoor jacuzzi suite! the jacuzzi was perfect. i found the complimentary water shuttle service very convenient. it ran 24 hours a day , made getting to and from the mainland easy.
the beach wasn't the pristine sand i'd hoped for. it was just average. i think it could use some improvements for a better swimming experience.

The restaurant offered extensive options. I saw a lot of variety. a dedicated breakfast buffet included many stations and various foods. i noticed staff maintaining the buffet and keeping everything well stocked and very clean. It was great!

convenient boat service spacious villa murky water small gym
The resort has a convenient boat service to the mainland. It runs every 30 minutes during peak hours. The villas are spacious with nice furniture (they really paid attention to the details).
The beach is not suited for swimming. The water is often murky. The gym is small for the number of guests, sometimes it was full.
