limited buffet long wait

the room was spacious. it was a superior double or twin room garden view. i found it acceptable for my needs.

the service at the andaman cafe was not great. the buffet felt very limited at lunchtime. it took a long time to get our food, almost two hours from when we arrived until we left the restaurant (i found it very frustrating).

I stayed in a cape suite with an ocean view. The room included a large verandah with a day bed. Black out curtains helped me sleep well. Air conditioning worked really well.

I noticed peeling plaster on lampposts. I saw a rickety hedge. I found garbage under balconies. I was disappointed.

The hotel offers a tram to access the beach. It was a convenient service enjoyed by guests.

The pool area needed maintenance. I saw green slime along the tile edges. Some tiles were loose at the bottom of the pool. I think the management needs to address these issues

A Month of Blissful Relaxation

natural gardens coconut plantation kind management

I recently spent a month here. the location is gorgeous with natural gardens and a coconut plantation. the staff is excellent. sandy on the beach, supatra, jennifer, pim, and david at reception gave smiles. the management was very kind to us. I've booked for next january.

the room was cleaned daily, but sometimes, i had to ask for fresh towels (it's a small thing, i know.). it was a slight inconvenience when planning the day.

our room had a garden view, it was well kept. it offered ample space and featured two separate sinks alongside a rainfall shower. the bathroom was super clean, and housekeeping ensured that it remained so throughout our stay.
