loose handle weak pressure
The staff were friendly and helpful , and the shuttle service to the room was convenient.
The room I stayed in needed some updating , as a window handle was loose and unusable. Also , the shower had weak water pressure and drained slowly.

i adored the multiple pools surrounded by lush gardens the hotel maintained cleanliness daily the staff demonstrated really good friendliness making the stay lovely i especially enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service available at any time.
the lack of climate control in the breakfast area created a noisy atmosphere.

the hotel is situated on a steep hillside overlooking the andaman sea the views are rewarding the hotel provides shuttle services around the area the walk to the beach is manageable with houses and shops along the way.

the staff is helpful they offer to drive guests to rooms pools or breakfast check-in is efficient reception is friendly and cute i found that even late arrivals were met with enthusiastic and helpful service.

there are six pools with numerous sunbeds and pool bars the gardens are well maintained each room has a balcony rooms are cleaned every day with fresh water provided i experienced the cheeva spa, complete with steam sauna.

friendly staff beautiful grounds refreshing pools convenient transportation
i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the grounds were beautiful. the various pool areas offered a refreshing escape, each providing a different setting. i especially liked that i could easily request transportation around the hotel when i needed it.
The lighting in the bathroom was not the best for makeup application. I wished there was more direct light over the mirror.

our room offered a balcony with outdoor seating. air conditioning in the room kept the space comfortable. the room provided complimentary bottled water daily! i appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities.
