underwhelming experience

unreasonable staffcrumbling pool

I found the front desk staff completely unreasonable!!! they made customers wait for rooms mid-afternoon, even with status and advance notification. rooms showed their age, as did the hotel itself. walkways outside were not well-kept, and pool areas began to crumble. i also had to ask for something three times before getting help. It was frustrating.

The staff was very attentive and always served with a smile. gift in the breakfast room and her team offered fantastic service. May and ladda were always happy. tae, our room girl, surprised us daily with different towel animals. Made us smile. i liked the deli because it offered good local and indian dishes at reasonable prices.

The gym could use some updates. It needed a squat rack and more weights-focused equipment. it was a very slight negative, though.

my room included a king bed and a balcony overlooking the garden, a beautiful sight to wake up to. the room also featured good amenities, like complimentary toiletries and a coffee maker.

Breakfast offered great choices every day with many options for different tastes. the restaurants served excellent food. I especially enjoyed the thai dishes. i sampled dishes, all prepared using fresh and tasty ingredients.

The pools are spacious and well kept. I found a quiet spot to relax. many recreational activities were available, including yoga and pilates. These were a great way to stay active. the gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights.
