I stayed in a room that included a large king bed. My kid could easily sleep on the window bed they prepared. The room updates were nice (the new decor!). The views were amazing. The hotel offered a free shuttle down the hill. It also went to the center of town for shopping.

The hill to get to the hotel was quite steep.

the room was good size with a nice view. the swimming pool was fantastic and clean. breakfast had very good varieties. i am grateful for these features.

i want to share my experience with a small issue with some receptionists. they were faced with requests that went beyond their daily routine. they were not helpful enough in those situations. i had trouble with this.

the location was acceptable, the beach was very close.

My room was not sound proof and i could hear noises from the balcony. This made it difficult to relax. a bee stung me while i was at the pool. It was quite painful. room service took over an hour one night, and the food arrived cold.

We reserved a room with a partial sea view. The room was located close to the elevator making access easy. The bell service handled my luggage with great care. We used the shuttle service to reach the main road avoiding a steep walk.

The checkout process took slightly longer than I anticipated, though it was during a busy period.
