I was a bit disappointed because the facilities felt worn. Some surfaces has not been cleaned for some time. The Thai restaurant in the hotel was pricy, but the food was just average.

The room i booked was supposed to be a luxurious escape. Instead, it felt outdated. the bathroom fixtures were visibly worn, and the shower had inconsistent water pressure, annoying. the television was old and offered very few channels. plus, the promised 'ocean view' was partially blocked by trees. it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for. the room was dated, inconsistent shower

The breakfast buffet included a great choice of food. The location offered sublime views from the room. I found the staff helpful. Hours of entertainment were provided by the family of Lemur monkeys.

I observed some signs of wear and tear on the exterior grounds. The hotel clearly shows a need for some maintenance.

the hotel staff knew my name after the first day. water bottles were provided in the room, great. a travel crib was provided for my baby. the hotel provided a nice travel crib for the baby. also, the option for boat tours that dock right at the hotel jetty made exploring easy.

the television did not work sometimes.

the hotel benefits from a fantastic location surrounded by a nature reserve. there is direct access to the sea and the scenic backdrop of a hill. the setting gives opportunity to see wildlife such as spectacled langurs and brahmini kites.

the breakfast buffet has many options and variety to its food choices. the hotel features restaurants including a thai restaurant. the spa receives high recommendations from many. i find the exterior decoration of the hotel beautiful.
