Excellent Stay with Attentive Service

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Juni, Proy, and Roze particularly impressed me with their assistance. The facilities exceeded my expectations. I especially liked the fine pool. A convenient, complimentary shuttle runs to attractions every two hours.

I did encounter some difficulty with numerous stairs to reach the room. This could be challenging with mobility issues.

The hotel provides lovely views towards the beach. It offers a retreat from the busy surrounding area, but it is also quite close to Kamala, a definite advantage. Baan Rim Pah restaurant is just across the road, with beautiful views and delicious food.

My room was very clean, with a good bed and a large shower room. It also featured a spacious balcony, which I thoroughly appreciated. Air conditioning worked effectively (it was certainly freezing!), essential for a comfortable stay.

The staff members were very friendly and offered a warm reception. The breakfast staff, especially Noodang, were notably friendly and made sure all needs were met. I appreciated the assistance from Omi, Rozi, Juni, Koy, and Abby. They were good.

The hotel area features a beautiful sea view. There are various activities on site, including mini-golf and badminton (good for recreation!). A lovely bar area on the top floor offers great service and beautiful views, especially at night.

fantastic viewmany stepssignificant road noise

the rooftop breakfast had a fantastic view and bar..

there were far too many steps to get around the resort, including from the lobby to our room. i also noticed significant road noise at all hours, quite disruptive.
