pool access fresh towels detailed attention bakery treats
Direct access to the pool made every morning special. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the attention to detail. Housekeeping provided fresh towels each day and kept the space immaculate. The on-site bakery offered delicious treats and refreshing drinks.
The phone system experienced occasional connectivity issues. Contacting the front desk sometimes required multiple attempts.

nice stay
private beach relaxing atmosphere great location
i enjoyed the location, it was away from patong crowds. the resort offered a private beach. it made relaxation easy. the resort was great for families. it allowed chilling without disturbances.
the staffs attitude seemed cold. i felt they were performing tasks mechanically. i waited until 3:30 pm to check in. there were no towels in the room on arrival.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . jan took special interest in our family and remembered our names. the gardens were lovely!!! they were so beautiful!!
I found mosquitoes to be quite a nuisance. They provided repellent spray in the room. i was surprised to see a 150 baht charge at checkout for it. i think if mosquitoes are a constant problem, the spray should be complimentary.

my bathroom looked quite worn, especially the wash basin. the paint peeled away from the ceramic, which wasn't exactly appealing. it really needs refurbishment to match the staff's quality.

A FABULOUS Resort Getaway!

We stayed in a beachfront cottage and it was AMAZING! The view was fabulous, and the room was spic and span. Breakfast offered MANY options. great service. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They were always available when we needed something. The buggy service to our beachfront cottage was prompt, and the vehicle was always in good condition.
The gym was closed for two full days with no prior notice.

Breakfast was well stocked with a wide food range and attentive service. It was delicious. The restaurant offered excellent service and attention to detail from the professional staff. They made our anniversary special.

The tropical garden view room was spacious. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The grounds and gardens were beautiful.
The cable cars were out of service for maintenance . This forced longer wait times for transport. The sloped tiled entry into the pool was slippery and lacked handrails. The overall interior appears old and seems to NEED refurbishment.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were always happy to help. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was lovely, and breakfast offered many choices. I will definitely come back again with my family.
I found that the outdoor furniture could use some updating.

The resort is easily accessible to Patong and Kamala while being nice and quiet away from the town. A shuttle goes to Patong for shopping and dining. This made getting around very easy.
