my bathroom looked quite worn, especially the wash basin. the paint peeled away from the ceramic, which wasn't exactly appealing. it really needs refurbishment to match the staff's quality.

We stayed in a beachfront cottage and it was AMAZING! The view was fabulous, and the room was spic and span. Breakfast offered MANY options. great service. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They were always available when we needed something. The buggy service to our beachfront cottage was prompt, and the vehicle was always in good condition.

The gym was closed for two full days with no prior notice.

The tropical garden view room was spacious. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The grounds and gardens were beautiful.

The cable cars were out of service for maintenance . This forced longer wait times for transport. The sloped tiled entry into the pool was slippery and lacked handrails. The overall interior appears old and seems to NEED refurbishment.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were always happy to help. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was lovely, and breakfast offered many choices. I will definitely come back again with my family.

I found that the outdoor furniture could use some updating.

The resort is easily accessible to Patong and Kamala while being nice and quiet away from the town. A shuttle goes to Patong for shopping and dining. This made getting around very easy.
