The hotel features many pools. They were all large and clean. The staff proved helpful. Farah at the front desk always helped with a genuine smile. I appreciated the varied breakfast options and the dedicated kids club.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, as some interior sections appear a little dated. This is just a minor detail.

The hotel location is very central to different activities. I found many options for pools and all were quite large and clean. The staff was very helpful with a special mention of Farah at the front desk (she always helped with a smile). The breakfast was great.

I booked three rooms with sunset pool access. Ceilings in our rooms had black mold. Only one of our rooms was changed after several complaints and my travel agent calling.

The room had excellent amenities, especially in the bathroom. There was only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs. It lacked handrails. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I felt that handrails should be installed at pool entrances.

There are pristine pools and well-kept grounds. The resort is kept very clean. The hotel also has a restaurant out front (with fairy lights) with live music. The beach is close to the hotel.

I found several distinct areas to relax in, each offered a unique atmosphere. Breakfast had a great choice. The location right next to the beach was very convenient.

The spa had tiles falling off. It's a bit run down, but a little fixing would bring back to its former glory. It really needs more tender loving care.
