this was my first time at this resort and found it very relaxing. the staff were very cute. the food was good and the in-room delivery team was fast. i especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff at the breakfast service.
the gym equipment could benefit from SOME updates.

the rum shack was a true highlight (i especially loved their cocktails). the team there, including kew and nina, treated us like family. aom, our housekeeper, left adorable towel animals in our room daily. we also had a romantic beach dinner created by kik, lovely.
the check-in process was a little slow after my long flight.

the staff provided proactive service at the beach grill, particularly mook and kik. the kid's club staff, including opeg, tan, and aunpun. room service was also excellent, and san, the waiter, was very attentive.

the hotel is positioned amidst greenery (not close to the chaotic center). nearby beaches are accessible, though not directly connected to the hotel. it is approximately 10 minutes from the area. it is a bit far from main attractions.

large poolprivate beach
I found the large pool accommodated all preferences with its different areas. It also has varying depths. I noted the private beach had many fish. It had hermit crabs too. Snorkeling was great. I had much fun. The Merchant Kitchen made excellent food, its taste was so good.
The gym need some maintenance. Some equipments looks used.
