the resort has many pools. there are several bars with kids sections. the breakfast was wonderful. the room had a great view, i loved it.

the resort is huge, and it felt quiet in the evenings.

multiple pools fun slides nanny service

I found the multiple pools with slides really fun. Breakfast had many choices that I liked. The hotel also had a nanny service at a reasonable price!

I noticed some slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, which forced a log in repeatedly.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff at the reception helped me with an extra night (even though they were fully booked). they were always answering quickly on their app. the beach is calm and clean. I also enjoyed good shakes and good jet ski rides.

I think the breakfast could be more esthetic. It felt a little basic compared to the rest of the resort. there was nothing specifically wrong, but i would expect more for a hotel of this level.

the hotel boasts direct access to a fine beach with soft sand. i noticed its location at the end of the beach contributes to a tranquil atmosphere. a 7-eleven store is conveniently located within a very short walk.

multiple pools breakfast buffet spacious cupboard

I loved the resort's multiple pools. There were so many to choose from. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. our room, a beautiful room bhuri wing, was comfortable and spacious with plenty of cupboard space for unpacking.

the hotel felt a bit old and perhaps not perfectly maintained throughout.
