i found the breakfast ambiance professionally excellent. the waiters were friendly. the seabass at coast restaurant confirmed the good quality of their ingredients. the dishes were yummy.
the check-in was disappointing. i requested an early check-in but received it at 3 pm. i paid for an upgraded room. it was not available upon arrival. the laundry bag in the room costs 100 thb to use.

Acceptable stay but some issues exist.
direct beach accessfaulty door lockmediocre food
the hotel had direct access to the beach, convenient.
the room door lock malfunctioned several times. I had to get assistance each time! sometimes, the door would not lock at all, and it took days for someone to fix it properly. the food was mediocre. I expected more thai options at a resort in thailand. it rained heavily, and water pooled on the balconies and walkways.
