The airport pickup was excellent It also helped organize a lovely surprise. The resort setup is within the rainforest and it is very nice with nature everywhere. I stayed in a rainforest cabin and it was fabulous. The room was well equipped.

I could not get a spot for complimentary activities. I stayed for four nights and five days. In the Thai restaurant, I found hairs in the mango salad. When I told the staff, they did not apologize and the salad was on the final bill.

The hotel location in the rainforest is beautiful. There is an adults pool, it was clean.

We could not book any complimentary activities . I found a hair in my mango salad at the Thai restaurant. Staff did not apologize and the salad was on our bill.
