amazing stay
friendly staff helpful staff extra week original room
I find the staff very friendly and helpful. i got ill and then my wife also got ill. The hotel helped us a lot. because of illness, we stay for an extra full week. the hotel helped us stay in our original room.
the food IS very average and quite limited in options. the buttons TO control our shower were broken and had to be fixed.

the staff is very cute, and they have a NICE kids club with nannies. in the morning, they take care of children. later, they have different activities in kids club.

proximity to a magnificent sandy beach IS another bonus. it is also near some casual activities, INCLUDING sports type activities and a pool table. a couple of restaurants are on the beach nearby.

white sand efficient staff exorbitant prices taxi service
The beach had great views and white sand. The staff were very nice and cannot do enough for you. Biw at the breakfast restaurant always had a smile and was very efficient. The initial reception experience is conducted one to one.
The hotel does not provide taxi service. You're forced to walk to the main road to flag one down. The tour desk charges exorbitant prices. It cost 700 baht to Ao Nang. Normal taxis charge 150 baht.

club beautiful king room was well-appointed the air conditioning worked perfectly i did appreciate the turndown service. the grounds were quite expansive there were many different areas to explore i found two large swimming pools available
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel

Really good Stay
cushioned loungers beach view pool access attentive staff
The hotel grounds are well maintained. It has two swimming pools with cushioned loungers around them. I noticed staff taking orders for drinks near the beach. From the beach I could see several islands.
The breakfast selection was not the best I have experienced. Many food items seemed like poor quality.
