The spa massages were great! the terrace bar by raitailay beach was enjoyable. the staff were helpful and friendly. i liked our room. It was a basic room type with a lounge area downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. the room also had a small outdoor sitting area.

The old wood in the rooms smelled. A serious makeover is needed. some lagoons had filthy standing water where mosquitoes bred. the rooms are overcharged for their condition considering what i paid.

The villa was spacious. It had every amenity. The setting is beautiful with plants and wildlife everywhere. I also liked the pool area. It was wonderful and steps away from the beach.

The food in the restaurants was disappointing. I found the quality average. The service was generally very poor, and I had to remind the staff multiple times about my order. There was also a lack of Thai food options.

The grounds are fine with an oasis of calm. There is a huge pool, a gym, and tennis courts. Restaurants offer excellent meals with beautiful sunsets. I also enjoyed the Thai restaurant and The Grotto.
