The location is superb. The room was very good with plenty of space and comfortable beds.

The decking area outside the Level lounge needed upgrading. The decking boards were uneven and the cushions on the seating were stained and misshapen... This impacted my overall experience negatively.

we (my family and i) spent four wonderful nights in a level pool access room. access to the level lounge proved a significant perk. the staff (mamai, dew, sky, candy, and selena) ensured we felt completely welcome and cared for. breakfast and evening canapés were delicious.

the pools were great and being able to swim directly from our rooms offered some quiet time away from the main pool area. comfortable sun loungers are available around the pool and on the beach. the grounds are also beautifully maintained.

the breakfast buffet offered lots of fresh options. bay, ben, pang, meen, new, and peachy were attentive. the thai cooking class was so fun. chefs tri and tick, along with pang, our server, were great. special thanks to sam and min who kept our rooms immaculate every day. max and pop in reception gave very good suggestions for local eats.

i found that the beach was narrow. only three very crowded rows of sunbeds were available. the first row was practically in the water, and the beach shower drain was clogged.

i adored the beachfront restaurant because it blended chic, modern, and comfort. The live music really elevated the atmosphere. i appreciated that there were both indoor air-conditioned and outdoor open-air seating options available. this setup helped me to relax.

i noticed the main pool was often crowded. this limited my ability to fully enjoy it.

The hotel has changed their room classifications. Boat suits got access to Levels previously. This has now been switched with the pool access rooms. Those rooms do not have privacy.
