amazing stay!

perfect location beach pool free drinks

the location is fantastic because it is right on the beach! i easily transferred from krabi airport, the hotel arranged a private minivan and long tail boat to the east pier. staff met me and transported my luggage to reception using a golf cart, a nice experience, i must say. the beach pool has a jaw-dropping view, fine. the drinks and snacks provided for free felt so special.

breakfast has a generous offer with many food options and the hotel is aware of food intolerances! gluten-free bread and cake were available on request, something , made me happy. i found the food offer quite good, in general, and i enjoyed the breakfast and the variety.

the spa provides good service, i enjoyed my time! there are two swimming pools, one is right on the beach, an very nice feature. also, the resort has a supermarket and a health clinic if needed, it's great. i saw monkeys too!

My room was spacious and very comfortable! it included a free minibar that was restocked daily with water, coca-cola, chocolates, and chips. they provide fresh beach towels every day. Very convenient! the room was super clean and well-kept, something to value.

longboat service beach towels

the resort has its own longboat service with specific times. this service stops right in front of the hotel at high tide. it was a smooth ride reserved for resort guests. the minibar is free with snacks and is restocked daily! we also loved the complimentary tote bag with beach towels.

the resort location is great. the breakfast views were lovely. the inner swimming pool offered quiet relaxation. our beautiful double room was very spacious. the bed felt nice and i enjoyed the minibar products. it was restocked daily and completely free.

some front desk staff did not seem too friendly or helpful.

poor shower pressure inattentive staff

The bathroom lacked air conditioning making it uncomfortably hot, especially in the mornings. Shower pressure was poor making it hard to rinse off soap, a significant issue in a humid climate. I found the staff inattentive. They did not greet guests or offer assistance. The hotel overcharged for speedboat tickets, and I discovered lower prices nearby.
