mixed feelings about the stay
helpful staffcramped bathroomawkward shower head
the staff was helpful and friendly, which i appreciated.
the room i booked wasn't what i expected. i was told it was an "elite double or twin room", but it felt cramped, especially the bathroom. the shower head was positioned awkwardly, it made showering difficult and uncomfortable (a real design flaw).

the location was excellent.. it was close to the beach. the staff were ready to help with everything. the restaurant and spa were also lovely.
I didn't like the tiny balcony. We couldn't even stand there.
