The room was okay , i suppose. i booked a 'premium room' , but it felt rather small , you know ? the view was nothing to write home about , just some buildings and a sliver of the sky. also , the noise from the street was pretty bad . I could hear scooters zooming by all night long.

i experienced slow service at dinner. there was no information in the room about spa services. the wall of my room had several stains that need addressing. the floor also showed marks, indicating a need for refurbishment.
