unstable pool railingslong wait times
The pool railings needed repairs and felt UNSTABLE. our room had dirty sheets upon arrival and i saw long hair. the restaurants were understaffed. It resulted in very long wait times when ordering drinks.

i found the breakfast variety good. the staff greeted everyone with a smile. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the on-site restaurant offered well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices.
i experienced slow service at dinner. there was no information in the room about spa services. the wall of my room had several stains that need addressing. the floor also showed marks, indicating a need for refurbishment.
