mixed feelings , i guess

street noise small room

The room was okay , i suppose. i booked a 'premium room' , but it felt rather small , you know ? the view was nothing to write home about , just some buildings and a sliver of the sky. also , the noise from the street was pretty bad . I could hear scooters zooming by all night long.

helpful staff attentive service many lizards squeaking ladders

The restaurant staff was cute and helpful. Markcos and Net were especially attentive during my dining experience (i really appreciated their service).

I found too many lizards inside the villa. The ladders were not very strong. They kept squeaking.

every part of the hotel had a clear attention to detail , and the breakfast was amazing.

this made it difficult to relax. it took three hours after check-in to finally get a better room , it was like a waste of time.

The pool railings needed repairs and felt UNSTABLE. our room had dirty sheets upon arrival and i saw long hair. the restaurants were understaffed. It resulted in very long wait times when ordering drinks.

i found the breakfast variety good. the staff greeted everyone with a smile. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the on-site restaurant offered well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices.

i experienced slow service at dinner. there was no information in the room about spa services. the wall of my room had several stains that need addressing. the floor also showed marks, indicating a need for refurbishment.
