I found the hotel to be fine. The staff were very friendly, and nothing proved too much trouble. Breakfast had plentiful and delicious options. Our room was spacious. The housekeeper Somying cleaned the room perfectly. I appreciated her meticulous attention to detail.

I found the pool bar view cost extra. It felt disappointing since loyalty should count for something. It seemed unacceptable for a brand like Accor, though everything else was excellent.

I found the welcome drink at check-in refreshing. the foyer view was immaculate. It set a great tone for my stay. my room had direct access to the main pool. there are three pools including an adults-only one. each pool features a swim-up bar with cocktails.

the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was not ideal.

the breakfast offered many options i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit i found the pool well maintained it was never overcrowded i also spent time in the gym it has three treadmills.

the signage could be improved i occasionally had trouble finding my way around.
