Honestly, the hotel layout confused me. i HAD to cross a busy road just to reach my room. the breakfast staff seemed to favor certain guests, ignoring others. It was a bit obvious. plus, the bathroom ALWAYS had this awful sewage smell. No one seemed to care. yikes.

the breakfast buffet each morning was amazing. the location directly on the beach included three pools. i stayed in a room that had loft style bedding for my kids upstairs, it worked great. staff were very helpful suggesting restaurants for dinner, which i appreciated.

the hotel layout didn't seem logical, you had to cross the main road to reach rooms.

The location was great. Plenty of shops were nearby. hotel staff were fabulous. they helped with logistics, suggesting places of interest. the staff assisted with a beautiful buffet dinner setting, a high note to end the stay.

I found one area around the pools a bit dirty. it needed cleaning regularly, especially the main garden pool, though. I'm sure it will be super clean soon.
