fantastic vacation

pool access great design elegant look ordering service

the room had pool access and this was a great feature. i did like being able to go straight from the room to the pool without any hassle. i found the hotel design elegant and cozy. the ordering service via app at breakfast was good.

i did not like some guests came to the buffet in sweaty clothes after sport.

mixed experience, some issues noted

insufficient storage disaster breakfast

storage space in the room proved insufficient. there was no wardrobe and proper cleaning was not done. breakfast service needs improvement as mistakes occurred daily. if the hotel cannot maintain high standards, it should not charge 5-star prices.
