I adored the beautiful pool access from our room. The water felt so inviting. the breakfast offered delicious options. the staff seemed genuinely happy to help, always greeting us with smiles. the grounds were beautifully kept. Perfect for a romantic stroll.
Housekeeping missed a turn-down service one evening. A small detail that just slightly interrupted our otherwise seamless experience.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

I found the resort offered many activities suitable for everyone. The private beach was well-kept , and the pool was huge. I also enjoyed an amazing breakfast with a varied selection of foods. I found everything clean and well-kept.
I noted that the gym was in an older section and had a less desirable location. The gym's placement could be improved for better accessibility. Upgrading the gym facilities would enhance the guest experience. It is something I observed could be made better.

The staff consistently exhibited warm smiles and were always ready to assist. Their proactive approach to guest needs ensured every request was promptly handled. Staff members were knowledgeable about local attractions , so planning excursions was easy.

mixed feelings about this resort.
mold smell dishonest service
The resort seemed luxurious at first, but i found issues that detracted from the experience. the room had a noticeable mold smell, it made breathing a bit difficult. reporting this issue didn't lead to an immediate solution. i felt uneasy about my stay. I wish i could have enjoyed it more.

The activities were great! I was surprised by the sheer volume of them, most being free.
Our room needed an update, I flooded the bathroom because the drains were blocked. Then, I had a bath and water bubbled up from under my bed.

chaotic breakfast area plastic containers
The breakfast area felt VERY chaotic. It was like a train station during rush hour. It was hard to find a table AND the staff seemed overwhelmed. The juices came from plastic containers. I expected fresh juices at a hotel of this caliber. The grounds are also quite extensive, which proved difficult with small children. Getting to breakfast or the beach often took a long time.

Wonderful stay!
good food short taxi
The room service food was good and fast. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The location is excellent with good restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the short taxi to the local markets.
Staff at breakfast did not seem too happy bringing coffee to the outside table. Their attitude was not pleasant.

The hotel has several wonderful restaurants meeting all needs. I saw that the gym is clean and complete. The hotel is very family friendly and offers lots of amenities for families.

The staff are so warm and friendly. They are very efficient. I observed that a young lady took my picture. She had it framed and delivered to my room. Ken was beyond efficient at the check-in desk.
