Balanced stay with some issues

multiple pools good housekeeping faulty air conditioning no action

The hotel featured multiple pool options. My son particularly enjoyed the kids pool. The room resembled the pictures displayed online. It felt spacious and the housekeeping did a good job.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I felt hot during the night. I reported the matter to reception on three separate days. No action was taken other than a plate of fruit being sent to the room.

The food at the breakfast buffet was acceptable.

The staff was not very friendly. We booked a specific room based on the description, but we got a room in a different wing. This caused some frustration as we wanted to be closer to the kids play area , but our request wasn't accommodated.

charmed by the stay!

I had a seaside junior suite. it was a good size with a nice view. the gym had a nice size and additional leisure facilities. the concierge was very helpful. I booked a couple of great excursions with his help. i got massages at both the spa and beach side. Both were very good.

the water temperature in the pools was hot as a warm bath. it was like 38 or 39°c. the kids splash park was much cooler. many parents sat in the splash park while the children played rather than sit in the hot swimming pools.

The breakfast was great. It included a variety of all types. the variety of pools, drinks, and restaurants was great too. local shops are close by. I loved the local cafes and restaurants.

The grounds are fine with several pools and plenty of empty sunbeds. a lagoon is present. It is full of fish and a monitor lizard. wading birds and birds of prey are regular visitors to the lagoon. kids club is perfect for parents to take a break!

excellent stay!

numerous pools friendly staff

i enjoyed my stay. the grounds were so nice with numerous pools and many sunbeds. the staff are just amazing. they are friendly. our room was a very big space and was very clean. it had a swim up terrace. i loved sitting on the terrace at night because the low level lighting illuminated the grounds.

Wonderful Family Stay

amazing care really good staff

The staff took amazing care of us. The resort nurse and the customer relations manager were great when we became unwell, providing really good care and staying with us to administer medication, I am very grateful. I highly recommend this resort for its fabulous amenities and reassuring level of care , it's a good choice.

The adult-only areas were not well-managed. Children were present in the adult-only pool, despite the area being designated for adults only. This made it difficult to relax as I had expected.
